Q: App Store paid apps showing up in free app lists

Not sure where to put this but...

I'm on my iPad and in the App Store, I'm looking at top apps and scanning through the free apps and there are several paid apps in the free apps column....

Never seen this before but it seems really deceptive.

Anyone else seeing this?

I'd post a screen capture but I can't...

Apps include a bunch of the Apple apps (pages, numbers, iPhoto, iMovie etc) and a bunch of non Apple apps like one of the Toca games, a phases of the moon app and a golf app.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.3

Half of the apps I listed are not on the list on that link and are not made by Apple.

I still think its deceptive (not to mention messy) for the Apple ones to appear as free if they are only free to some users and are clearly marked as costing money.

I have a difficult time believing that Apple is incapable of limiting the items that appear in the "free" section of the App Store to those apps that are actually free for any given user... Particularly when 90% of users haven't purchased a device since September and don't qualify for the free versions...
