Q: Apple Technical Support promise me two times to send me passoword reset link of my Apple ID
I updated my IPAD to the new OS, it ask me to
the Apple ID is very old, and the Email is too very old, i can't reset the Apple ID Password and this Email Password, i forgot all data
when i called Apple Technical Support, they understood my problem and ask me to give the Credit Card Number i used in Apple ID Sign Up
Finaly the Technical support told me they will send me a link to reset password in 24 hours (this link will be vaild only 3 hours) on the alternative email i gave to them
after 24 hours finish, i start to check my email every 15 minutes, one day with no email from Technical Suport
i called technical support two times about this case, at two times they promise me to send the reset link on my alternative email but i don't recieve anything
please help i can't use my IPAD
