New Baen Ebooks have become invisible in ibooks

I have been downloading Baen books from Baen in the epub format for the last few years and adding them into itunes and now ibooks via the add Library,

I did this again yesterday and everything was fine and I started reading one of the books.

Today the book has become invisible in Ibooks and removed from my Ipad. If I try and re-add the book it says its allready in Ibooks, If I look at the ibooks folder I find all the books I added yesterday and yes their is a folder corresponding to the book and a cover.jpg that matches the cover. But if I search i books by name or auther it does not exist.
