Hi i used to live there for 3 years because of my parents but I didn’t see any problems you can easily go to the nearest Apple store and buy an itunes gife card for your apple id and redeem it by going to the itunes or app store.

There is one, and only one source for iOS (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) software and that is Apple. Apple distributes its iOS software through iTunes and on iOS devices themselves, the App store. The iTunes Store and the App Store programs are the ONLY authorized sources for iOS software. You cannot download and install authorized software on a non-hacked iOS device from ANY web site.
