Airplay Icon does not appear on iphone 5 and windows 7 iTunes.

Hi, I have an Airport Express and a Klipsch g17 Airplay enabled speaker. Both are correctly connecting to my LInsys e2500 router. My airport utility shows the airplay option enabled for the airport Express. All devices have latest firmware and software. However, the Airplay Icon does NOT appear on either my iPHone 5 or my Win 7 laptop on iTunes. I suspect the router and have tried the only related items i could find on apple/linksys support. Disabling Wmm did not work.

Any other things to try?
