Logic Pro X keeps Unexpectedly Quit

I have been using Logic Pro X for major vocal/music productions. I have been experiancing missing files and very strange behavior from it for the past 2 months. It won't let me do basic functions while editing and mixing music. Now it is crashing every time I open and click ONE item. I'm at a loss of what to do. Is this a Logic Pro issue or is it possible an issue with my MacBook Pro 2009, which I recently had revamped with new Ram and memory. What is the best way to fix this problem? I have multipule track projects that seem to overload the system too. ANy thoughts on this? It will be greatly appreciated!
