After editing in FCP X, I am sharing through Master File to an external Hard Drive. It is only for playing in computer or in Sony T.V. I don't need the content back for editing. In settings, should I choose video codec as H.264 or Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) ? Thanks

I always recommend making a ProRes master file first. HQ isn't necessary unless the project is 2k or 4k. Then make an H.264 for viewing and delivery. Use Compressor for that or Streamclip.

(1) In FCP X, while sharing through Master File, there is an option to choose H.264 in Video Codec. But then, again do I need the Compressor. I haven't purchased Compressor yet. I don't mind in purchasing when it is required.
(2) Also in ProRes 422, I would like to know when to use (LT), when to use (proxy) and when to use ProRes 4444?

You don't need Compressor if you are just doing simple exports as ProRes and/or H264.
Compressor is not required. You can use Streamclip, or you can export twice from FCP.
LT is an excellent codec that makes smaller files but it more heavily compressed. Proxy is an editing codec that's very heavily compressed and used to aid system performance during production. It's never intended for delivery. 4444 is used for large format video like RED RAW or used when you need to export a file with transparency. That's what the fourth 4 is, the transparency channel.
