Basically, my iPad mini with cellular is advertised as up to 10 hours of battery life. I have got 13 hours out of it with 1.6days.
Aren't iPads suppose to be better than samsung galaxy tabs? I got 1.8 days out of my tab 3 8 inch yet I'm only getting 13 hours out of my iPad mini.
I have changed all settings that matter, it doesn't have seem to done anything.
is there any apps that help with usage?

It's advertised at 10 and you're getting 13? I'm not sure what the problem is.
I saw this yesterday and didn't understand what the 1.6 days and 1.8 days had to do with anything at all. I don't get it. Like Meg said, if you are getting 13 hours, what's the beef? That exceeds the advertised 10 hours by 30% and I'd say that's not too shabby.
Am I totally missing something?

On my samsung tab, I got 1.6 days overall, now on my iPad it's saying usage 6 hours and standby 22 hours.
Does that mean it's been on the battery 28 hours? Because the samsung tab just tells you how long it's been on the battery, no standby and usage. See what I mean?
Not really. I'm still not clear how much time you're getting between charges. But, in two days, you have to sleep. At least most of us do. Put it on the charger at night.

My usage is saying 10 hours 10 minutes and standby 1 day 5 hours.
Does that mean it's been on for 1 day 15 hours on the battery? It's at 19% right now.

It means that you have actually used the iPad on the battery for 10 hours and 10 minutes - and that is very good.
The standby reading of 1 day and 5 hours basically means that it has been 29 hours since you charged the iPad. It has been running on the battery for 1 day and 5 hours. Included in that time is the 10 hours and 10 minutes of actual usage.
