i am using iPhone 5, 32 GB and i have installed ea real racing 3 of 1.10 GB in size. while palying this game only my phone starts getting heated from back side so is it normal or issue with phone or app??

Then the issue is probably the app, since it doesn't heat up with any other apps.
go to the app reviews and see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
Thats completely normal. it uses a LOT of power to play that game and it can cause you iphone to heat up. BUT if it gets real hot you need to close the app and let your iphone cool off or it will force you to ( it will give you some message about iphone is overheated and close it for you and theres nothing you can do about it untill it cools off)
If this is a graphics and processor intensive game, then yes, the heating of the back of the phone is normal. This is where the processor is located and it uses the phone case to dissipate heat. Long term use of the processor and graphics will cause this condition. You will also experience some heating of the back of the phone when it is charging.
