Q: New to Cloud

I backed up my Iphone but I cannot find my photos on the cloud and I've deleted them from my phone...help

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Welcome to the Apple Community jtahkadams.

You can't see your photos at iCloud.com if that what you mean. Back ups are only for restoring your phone if it becomes necessary.
