De-Activating Show My Caller ID in IOS 7 on a 4S Phone

I do not want my phone number to show up on the caller recipient's cell phone when I make a call. I understand that, with earlier IOS versions, you could go to Settings/Phone/Show My Caller ID and toggle this feature on or off. As far as I know, you cannot do that with IOS 7. I am running IOS 7.0.4 on an iPhone 4S.. There is no "Show My Caller ID" under Settings/Phone on my iPhone.

So how do I set my phone to prevent my number from appearing on other's cell phones when I call them? I do not want to do it on an individual, call-by-call basis. I know how to do that. I want to set my phone's default so that EVERY call I make does not transmit my cell number to the recipient.
