No. iDevices are not multi-user. One device - one account.

sometimes it depends on what type of account you have - you can go into settings> itunes and app store and sign in and out of different apple ids there - for icloud and imessage you want to use only one acct - me and my boyfriend share the device and check our own facebook accts and game center etc - anything you can sign in and out of would be under settings.

I strongly suggest not doing this. This can lead to a 90 day disabling of one account if you download past purchases with another. So this is not a good thing to be doing.

For anything else you can sign in & out, but its still not very practical. iOs was just not designed as a multiuser device.
