i keep getting messages on iPhone to view terms for iCloud?

i just activated my iPhone 5s and i keep getting a message window that opens "New iCloud Terms and Condtions" to use iCloud on this iPhone you must accept the new terms and conditons. Then when i click on "View Terms" it pops me to the standard settings window for iCloud, but no where on that window does it give me a place to "accept terms..."? Also while i am asking questions: i just activated my new iPhone 5s, every time i use my email up pops a window requesting me to sign into iCloud. Very frustrating, isn't there a way to permanently sign it in?
