Hello I was using a app called MYCHAIR. That sent a backup every 12 hours with icloud and i've lost all my data. I've sent a email to the app tech support and just got automated reply email from them. Anyway you can help me? It's my appointment book app for work. I've try restoring it done everything there web said to do and still nothing.
