Apple MDM Profile manager --> sending

Hi,

We are trying with Apple MDM profile manager for control some IPADs and IPhone devices.

IPAD enrollment is fine and able execute the "UPDATE INFO" (using 3G). The tasks are successful.

When I enroll IPhones, after enrollment profile manager active tasks à sending.. & Not completing at all.

First time, Using Wi-Fi, iPhones are getting enrolled and successfully completing the tasks from PM.

After insert SIM (3G is working) , iPhone is not responding for PM. I have even deleted the device from PM and reenrolled. Same state à sending.

I swapped the iPhone to Wi-Fi, same issue. I believe the carrier information need to be deleted from PM permanently. How can I fully delete the particular device info from Profile manager?
