BootCamp Killed OSX?

I used bootcamp to install windows onto my MacBook and followed all the steps to the "t". Now when I turn my MacBook on it automattically goes to a black screen with cursor like old DOS prompt and proceeds to load windows. I installed windows 7 however when I hold the option key to get the boot manager, OSX does not show up at all, all I get is windows 7. If anyone could help me get OSX back on my MacBook and windows off (I just got a new laptop with windows on it as this one is not currently useable and I require a laptop for my work) it would be much appreciated.

Update: I am using the MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), the minimum HDD size for this model is 128GB however when I load it to Windows I only get Local Disk (C:) showing a total of 18.6GB so I know my OSX partition still exhists I just can't seem to get to it.

I found this post however when I eneter the command suggested I got a response from cmd prompt of "The system cannot find the path specified"
