Cannot find and run applications

After finished downloading apps from the store, i couldnt find the downloaded apps on my homescreen but if i checked on the store it seems to appear "open" (already download) and still cannot run the apps.

P/s: i have reboot / try download other apps / switch of restriction what so ever..
