IPhone 5s not as bright

Hi we'll I recently ordered a iPhone 5s refurbished from Verizon

And I was about to ship my old one back when I thought why not compare the 2 to make sure my new one is fine.

And when I did so I noticed a slight difference in brightness and sharpness in my old phone I was returning

And I could never get my new one as bright as the old one even with both the brighnesses all the way up there was a slight difference

In the refurbished one. So please has anyone experienced this or no if it is normal please help!!!
