Empty battery in 30 mins

Why does my iphone 5 drain the battery from full to empty in 30 minutes in standby.

Why does the battery go from 30% to empty in 5 minutes? it doesnt happen everyday, but very often...

Battery has been cycled properly and often, hard reset performed, and all the other stuff that people suggest....
