Updated 10.9.1 last night, it has blended all the Safari users' bookmarks., Updated 10.9.1 last night, it has blended all the Safari users' bookmarks.

I came home last night, an update to OS 10.9.1 was waiting on the 27"iMac (which I share with my wife) and after updating, it has blended all our bookmarks in Safari together, nest folders in strange ways, and completely made it unrecognizable by user account. What has happeded? This never occured before after an OS update.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2)
