Blue tooth issues on my iphone 4s. Since upgrading the software to 7.0.4

My bluetooth is no longer working and won't recognise any bluetooth devices whether in my car or a Jambox speaker.

ipad with the same software upgrade works fine with both, therefore can only assume it is a handset issue?

I have rebooted, switched on and off, removed known devices from pairing lists, reset my iphone completely....still doesn't work.

Any alternative suggestions as i can see this is a hotly debated topic,Thanks.
