Log out of imessage/facetime/icloud.
then go to settings - general - reset - erase all contents and settings.
keeps telling me the internet connection appears offline
you don't need internet connect to do factory restore.
try connecting to wifi and do that
my wifi doesn't work this is the reason I bought another phone.
then plug it in to itunes and restore the phone.
Are you going to sell the phone?
then restore using itunes..
apparently my find my iphone is on and i cant seem to get it off.
Man I don't know what else you can do.
you can log into icloud.com, but you can't erase the phone, because you aren't connected to wifi or cellular data.
