iPhone keyboard, backspace instead of m

While typing a lot on my iPhone I sometimes get confused because after using the m key my word is not correct because I accidentally pressed the backspace instead of the M. Is there a way to solve this problem by moving the backspace to a location on the keyboard other then in the typing area..
