Q: No access to the phone iCloud used

iCloud sent the verification code to a land line. How do I get it to use my cell phone? I can't start with iCloud keychain untill I get this fixed.

Change the number, system preferences > iCloud > Account Details.

I already changed the number, but unfortunately the verification code was not resent to the new one. How can I get the verification code resent to my cell phone instead of the one that doesn't do texting?

I am getting tired of Simple Simon answers.
