Can I sort specific cells in a column rather than having to do the whole spreadsheet.
In Numbers 09 I was able to select certain cells and sort multiple times with different criteria?

This is a feature that Apple dropped. They are working on adding it back in. See this link:

Ofter, you can overcome this problem by putting the rows that need to be sorted frequently in a separate Table.
