How to set up a POP account on my iPhone or iPad(6.1.3) using Cox.net

I am having problems setting up my iphone and ipad to connect with Cox.net email using POP sever instead of IMAP. Any help would be appreciated.

iPhone 3GS (8GB), iOS 6.1.3
