iPad doesn't show up in iTunes

I've tried everything to try connecting my iPad 2 to my laptop. I'm running windows 7, when I go to device manager it shows up in "Universal Serial Bus controllers" with an yellow triangle with an exclamation mark. I tried disabling and re-installing it and it moved to portable devices, now it showed up in My Computer but still not in my computer and when plugged in to the laptop it isn't charing. I deleted everything again, iTunes, Apple Mobile Device Support, Apple Application support, Apple software update and Bonjour, I re-installed and my iPad wasn't recognised in My computer nor iTunes, back again in Universal Serial Bus controllers with the exclamation mark. I've tried other cords as well it doesn't seem to be the problem. I've tried trouble shooting but some problem is stopping it to troubleshoot.

Have you experienced the iTunes does not recognize iPad. When you encounter this situation how do you solve ? Now I share my experience to fix this case. First you can click "Computer Management" interface. Next find device name after entering computer management. Then click "Update Driver Software…". Finally browse for driver software on your computer. When iPad doesn't show up in iTunes, you can try this method.
