Q: iPhone4 general settings reset

In iPhone4, under Settings - General - Reset there are multiple Reset options.  What do each of these Reset options do? Is there an Apple Support document explaining what they would do to the phone?  In another support thread an answer was to reset the phone to an issue and before I do so I want to know what this will do to the phone.  (The Issue being experienced is:  I inadvertly clicked on "Don't Trust this Computer" when I meant to click on "Trust", when the iOS7 alert, "Trust this computer" popup appeared when I plugged in the phone to my airbook (OS X Lion 10.7.5) via USB.  Now I can't get the alert to popup again so I can click on Trust. I tried restarting the airbook and the phone and clearing the cookies.  Help.
