Q: changing apple ID on macpro

Set up my mac pro with a new business apple id. Now I wish I had set it up with my personal apple id so everything syncs together between ipad, iphone and mac pro. How do I do this. When I go to manage my apple id and change it, it says that id is already in use. How can I do this?

Welcome to the Apple community Dlberryman.

You need to sign out of your account first and then sign back in with your other Apple ID. It sounds as though you are trying to create a new Apple ID.
