show won't purchase 'error message'

I keep getting an error message when trying to download TV shows in iTunes. I've reviewed by account info, even changing my C.C. info hoping for a fix, but I'm still getting the message. The error message states "My purchase chould not be completed."

Any ideas why this is happening?
