The app I purchased is not on any of my pages on my iPad. It's listed in my purchases in the App Store with the iCloud symbol. When I try to open it I receive a message that I've already purchased this app and won't be charged for the download,
Where is the app? Why can't I open it?

Can you help me? Got the same prob but I don't know what you mean by download it. When I click on the cloud symbol in the pages app in the app store it just tells me I've already purchased and it will be downloaded now at no additional charge. The wheel spins briefly and then the cloud symbol reappears.
This worked when upgrading my iPhone. Make sure iCloud is turned on.Go into the app, app and click on updates. You'll see all apps and can click the ones you want there to install. For ones you purchased, in each app click on their settings icon and click restore purchases. They do this to help purge no longer needed apps. I hope this helps.
