How can I put e-mails into a PDF

I need to send copies of e-mails and want to put them in a PDF,

Any ideas on how to do that without buying a program?

I could screen shot each one and put it in a file and then put the file into a PDF.

That seems like a waste of time and am hoping there is a better way.
