You go to a company in the neighbourhood where they do fine machinery, there they will take out the screws with a small "screw loosener" (I do not know a better word, it looks like a left turn mesh) which screws out the "stripped" screw. But you will have to have new screws (difficult to get, but they might help you there too) to put in with the new back.
Enough said about Apple's policy and guarantee, take that to heart.

Apple can remove the screw as long as the iPhone has not been tampered with. Once it shows evidence of uncertified service, there will be no help or support at all from Apple. Be advised that includes this support community, which is hosted by Apple.
There are no user serviceable parts in an iPhone. You are on your own.
Be advised you gave up your warranty, any support from Apple, and the
possibility of a reduced price out of warranty replacement.

They won't help with a tampered phone. You're better off taking it to a jeweler or machinist or someone who has skills to extract the screws.
So im just messed up...
