How do I change the shortcut for logging out of my user?

I do a lot of gaming on my Macbook. Games usually assign the "Q" key for strafing. Being on a laptop I need the command key for right clicking. And I need the shift key for modifing game actions. This has led me to hitting the loggout keystroke and thus kicking me out of the game.

So, my question is how do I change or entirely remove the two keystrokes associated with logging out? I never use them and I don't want them at all. I tried the system preferences keyboard preference but it doesn't appear to modift apple menu options.

Thanks!
