When using windows, the highest brightness level is like half of what it is on mac

Hi everybody,

I installed Windows 8 on my 2013 Macbook Pro through BootCamp. It was easy and without any complications during installation.

The problem presented itself when I started using Windows. The screen is too dim. I changed the brightness level to it's maximum but it is still way dimmer than it would be on OS X.

How do I fix this?
