Q: "Gift redeemable in UK store only"

Can you tell me if the message "Gift redeemable in UK store only" means that the reciepent must travel to an Apple store to use it? Or can they redeem online via iTunes?

    All iTunes gift cards are country-specific - if you are here in the UK with a UK billing adress on your iTunes account then you should be able to redeem it onto your account via your computer's iTunes or an iOS device (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) : redeeming . Are you here in the UK  ?
