imac sd card cd slot

HEY!!! I just helped a friend remove a SD card from the CD/DVD Slot on her iMac.

If this happens to you, don't panic. I was really concerned when she told me what happened.

Apperently, this is somewhat common. Just find some material (paper, plastic, wood) thats about the same thickness as a CD/DVD.

I bet you could use an old CD/DVD.

Then cut an "L" from the material. The L needs to be the same length as a CD/DVD and the cut out part of the L

should be just taller then a SD card. The trick is to turn the iMac sideways so that gravity moves the SD card close to the slot

on the side of the iMac. I got it on the second try. It was suprisingly easy.
