Dec. 20, 2013- Trying to find in ap store ( signed in) where ( and probably some how) to download additional instruments and loops to Garageband 1.1. I have a new mini-mac purchased last month with latest Garageband version. When I hit the grey arrows in he program it tells me to go to ap store and download. Not exactly sreaming at me when I get there..any help in this matter will be appreciated.

I am a bit confused about your GarageBand version, what is it?

"Garageband 1.1". or "latest GarageBand version" or "GarageBand '11" as in your signature?

If you really are having the latest version GarageBand version 10.0.1, you can download the additional contents by choosing "Download More Sounds" from the GarageBand menu. That is a paid in-app purchase. If you previously purchased this content, select "Restore Purchase" to install the content.
