Movie rental on iPad keeps cycling between downloading
Rental movie never fully processes and saves. It keeps downloading and then crashes ios 7.0.4. I tried turning the iPad on and off and have over 7GB of free space.

I would suggest restarting your iPad and then following the steps below:

Already restarted. Movie was rental, not purchase.
I left my iPad and came back hours later and the rental movie seemed fine. It was now downloaded and playable.
The issues continues. I rented two additional movies on my iPad and they continue to fully download many times over and over. Also, I am unable to delete previously viewed and expired movies from my video app. What is going on here?

I have the same issue. I reported it on email, with no joy. The person attending suggested I apply for a support package, but this seems to be a system not a user issue.
I have 2 rental movies in my download queue that have downloaded 4 or 5 times. It reaches the final file size and then starts over.
Is there a solution? Even a once off one?
