Candy crush app disappeared from my home screen, I tried to retrieve it in the App Store but it just show open then I press it but nothing happen, now can I retrieve it?

Since the App shows open in the App Store, it is most likely either in a folder on the iPhone, on another page or Restrictions are enabled. You can search for this on the iPhone by touching the screen and sliding your finger down. Here is some information regarding these features.
