Network error 61 or where is the list? once again I am stumped

I don,t know what Network error 61 means. Did extensive search in support and here. Went to mac error page and the same for cocoa. I found the network error -61 but the '-' makes it mean something totally unrelated. This error is in downloading where you can get other errors like 404 (http resource not found). But today while files downloading in a download manager, 2/3rds of the files were done and then the rest got network error 61. Redownloading was started without issue but I was away for a long time and don,t want to come back to a job that is stopped because of network error 61. Even if someone could tell me how to search for it, that will be great.
