Apple TV router recognition

I switched to a new router. Now my Apple TV is recognizing the old IP address even though it is plugged in through Ethernet.

How do I reset Apple TV to recognizes the new router? It says no connection to the Internet.

Settings > General > Network > Ethernet > Configure IP

Is that set to manual? If so manually enter in the IP you want it to have.

If it is set to automatic are you sure the IP is wrong? The fact that it is the same does not mean it is incorrect.

Is the router IP shown the IP of your router?
