how do i sync the music to a Sandisk MP3 player?

I have a Sandisk MP3 player. How can I sync the music I just purchased to it. If I can't then there is no reason for me to purchase Itunes. I don't have an Ipod and have no intention of buying one. Can someone help me out here?

iTunes doesn't interface with it. Right-click(Windows) or control-click(Mac OS X) the songs, locate the files, and check the player's documentation for instructions on transferring them. If you need to convert them to MP3, that's done from within iTunes.
