how do i register my computer to itunes?

downloaded a movie in my iphone as soon as i tried to play it it disapeared, it says i have two pending downloads on my computer but when i click where it says to try to downloads it reamin incative. it also says that a feww of my apps are not authoruzed in my computer and that i should select to authorize it by going to the itunes store but i cant do so
