new mac pro external hard drive access solutions?

I have 4 hard drives in my current Mac Pro, 1 with the OS, 2 with working photo/video data, 1 as Time Machine.

My new Mac Pro (delivered sometime in January) will have the OS on its 1 TB SSD, so what do you think are the options for accessing the 3 drives that I take out of the old mac pro?

Thunderbolt 4-drive case, USB3, eSATA to Thunderbolt...

Loads of Thunderbolt products are coming out, but here is a nice landing page at OWC for Thunderbolt products.

PCIe SSDs into a Helios enclosure (the new dual-slot Helios PCIe chassis) and moving various hard drives into Thunderbolt cases (in time) but mainly into my favorite USB3 hard drive enclosure.

For those without eSATA enclosures, a simple eSATA to USB3 adapter might do the trick.

USB3 is plenty fast to house two hard drives.
