Problem with updating iTunes 11.3 :(

I have downloaded iTunes for updating to iTunes 11.3 but nothing seem changed? the page goes to thanks for dowloading but nothing happen. what should i do? my ipad cannot connect to iTunes because of its version 😟

iPad 2, Mac OS 9.0.x

I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?
