1155: File N:\INSTMSIA.EXE not found -- What does this mean?

I just opened my ipod today, and tried installing the software and as soon as it starts I get a message that says
1155: File N:\INSTMSIA.EXE not found on a InstallShield message...anybody have a suggestion?

HP, Windows 98

itunes will not install on Windows 98. It requires Windows 2000 or XP.
