It is possible that there is a problem on the server/developer end of the download. It very well may not be a problem with your phone. If you are able to download and install other apps, it isn't a problem with your phone.

Viber website blocked in KSA, so I can't discussion with them. I asked someone of viber members in twitter , he said; the problem of AppStore not of viber.
Yeah I think so , cuz I used my U.S account and my Saudi account, but the problem is same. Also , I try to install other apps, it were installed successfully
Use a VPN and you'll be able to install
