"accessing vevo" spinning wheel screen

Vevo won't load on Apple TV. Re-start, reset, update software won't help. Everything else works.

Vevo app works fine running on Roku box connected to the same network.

If an app is available but doesn't work, is it really available?

Or only Roku has the expertise to make it work?
