just bought a iphone 4s which is stuck on itunes / usb screen error 3194???
Changed the battery, downloaded latest itunes but keeps coming up with error 3194, any idea's??

I followed instructions on youtube, unscrewed the 2 screws on the end took the back off, unscrewed 2 more screws in battery clamp replaced battery then refitted everything.
I hate to tell you this, but you're hosed. Find a competent repair shop or buy a new phone. Apple won't touch your phone now.
Sadly what KiltedTim just said; the reason I asked is because you've completely undone any support from Apple Support; they won't even do an OOW for you anymore....
at some point during your personal inspection of the device there is a potential failure you did with the device that caused this issue. :/
